Ook Unpunished Youth is één van de doorlopende Corpo Máquina-projecten zoals opgenomen in de plannen in het kader van de Amateurregeling 2021-2024 Noord-Brabant. In dit project creëert Guilherme Miotto ruimte voor groepen jongeren tussen de 16-24 jaar om met verschillende vormen van straatcultuur te experimenteren in de theatrale omgeving. Skills in hip hop, house dance, breakdance, freestyle voetbal, spoken word, rap, etc… worden ingezet om ze ‘binnenste buiten te keren’, te verdiepen en te laten communiceren met elkaar.
De voorgenomen editie 2021 in Breda kreeg vorm in samenwerking met het 39° Jongeren-festival van Podium Bloos met een groep bestaand uit vijf deelnemers van het Gentse Jongerengezelschap Larf en de freestyle voetballers Saajan Sital, Iman Lhajoui, Soufiane Hamami en Nabil Al Jzaeri.
Hiermee onderstreepte Corpo Máquina Society het uitgangspunt dat ontmoetingen tussen mensen die elkaar in het dagelijks leven niet vanzelfsprekend tegen komen, bijdragen aan de kracht van nieuwsgierigheid op het podium, de zintuigen aanscherpen en zodoende ook het publiek de schoonheid en verrassing van het ontmoeten brengen.

Unpunished Youth is also one of the ongoing Corpo Máquina projects included in the plans under the North Brabant Amateur Scheme 2021-2024. In this project, Guilherme Miotto creates space for groups of young people aged 16-24 to experiment with different forms of street culture in a theatrical environment. Skills in hip hop, house dance, breakdance, freestyle football, spoken word, rap, etc. are used to “turn them inside out”, deepen their understanding and enable them to communicate with each other.
The planned 2021 edition in Breda took shape in collaboration with Podium Bloos’ 39° Youth Festival with a group consisting of five participants from the Ghent Youth Company Larf and freestyle footballers Saajan Sital, Iman Lhajoui, Soufiane Hamami and Nabil Al Jzaeri.
With this, Corpo Máquina Society underlined the premise that encounters between people who do not naturally meet in everyday life contribute to the power of curiosity on stage, sharpen the senses and thus also bring the beauty and surprise of encountering others to the audience.
